Shinichi started out his career as a theoretical Physicist and has published in various leading journals including the prestigious Physical Review Letters. He has since become a technologist and an entrepreneur, and has over ten years of experience in various leadership roles in start-up organizations. During this time, Shinichi has co-authored five patents in areas related to infrastructure automation and virtualization. Shinichi brings tremendous practical knowledge and experience in technology and in leading engineering teams.

Shinichi has a Ph.D. in Physics from Texas A&M University

Maciej has 15 years of experience as a software engineer. Started in 2004 at ComArch in Telco sector where he’s been working to deliver complex solutions for world biggest telecommunication companies. In 2008 continued his career at Sabre Holdings working with world biggest airline booking systems, acting as a software engineer, team lead and principal engineer and being responsible for major and critical implementations and migrations. While working for a big corporation, Maciej also participated in multiple events and initiatives in startup community, including running a few own startups, running technical workshops and lectures about Google App Engine. In 2017 Maciej decided to start consulting services to help healthcare startup to deliver a complex solution for Environmental and Health Safety management, dedicated for hospitals and medical institutions, resulting in a big success. In 2019 Maciej joined Joylogics to step in as the leader for an important corporate customer. Mix of corporate and startup experience and strong focus on customer expectations are one of major drivers for Maciej.

Aniruddh is a passionate and outcome driven technology leader with 19 years in the industry with large enterprises, multiple domains and complex enterprise architectures. He has worked in various roles i.e. Application Architect / Software Dev Mgr / Devops Lead prior to starting as one of the principals at JoyLogics. His passion is around high performance solutions with automation / IOT and DevOps related consulting practices. Visualise complex business problems, apply analytic problem solving and professional architecture methodologies to produce descriptions of the current state and the end state architecture landscape. Responsibility to create an architecture roadmap with a focus on modern Microservices and Serverless computing based architecture designs.
